Early Childhood Development Programs
- Head Start (Miami Valley Child Development Centers, Inc.)Serving Clark, Madison and Montgomery County families at or below 100% of the Federal Government Poverty Guidelines, the MVCDC Head Start agency provides early childhood education for kids age 6 weeks to 5 years, plus additional support for parents and families.
- SPARK – Supporting Partnerships to Assure Ready Kids (WellSpring)The SPARK program is free for children in Springfield, Ohio city limits who are 4 years of age the year prior to starting kindergarten. Enrolled families will receive one monthly visit by a SPARK Parent Partner who provides free books, activities, and educational materials to help children get ready for kindergarten.
Income-based tutoring for kids grades K-8.
